Outlaw has gone to a new home! ________________________________Fiber lover's dream! We are not using this male in our program due to our non-focus on grey, so we would like to move Outlaw to a fiber focused farm. He sheared ANOTHER 8# of blanket and neck this year. Someone needs to put this to use! it is stunning fiber. ___________________________ As this male matures, we are thrilled that he continues to capture attention of not only the other breeders, but the judges as well. Outlaw just received a "well deserved" blue ribbon in composite at MAPACA! The judge thought he was handling a juvenile fleece while talking about Outlaw's 19 month old fleece! As for his conformation, the judge said that "this male will sell himself - he is very correct in every way". What a fabulous compliment!Outlaw does have the abundance of crimpy fleece covering his frame from top knot to his toes. The fleece is consistent, fine, and simply a beautiful classic rose grey. Yocom-McColl stats are in and happy to report a stunning 17.6 micron on this male. AWESOME. This male is a STUNNING fiber machine! His conformation IS spot on - flawless and correct. His color is simply a beautiful medium rose grey that is mesmerizing. Outlaw brings the CCNF Royal Ring of Fire genetics in through AG Space Cowboy to the Midwest, which is complimentary to many herds. Many know this line as offspring of the infamous Snowmass Royal Rose. If you aren't familiar with these genetics, please take the time to look at the ARI certificate. These are "must haves" for genetic advancement.Although we recognize that as a rose grey, he is often in a combined class of silver greys, we are pleased that Outlaw can maintain himself in the "sea of silver greys" in the showring classes. With his fiber stats and strong conformation, it is no wonder he is given a second glance and the ribbons.
